Worst delivery service. Ordered a desk and recieved a lamp instead. They told me it would shipped they following week. Still didn't arrive at the time they told me.. They should have given me a discount or something for all the confusion. Only a simple Sorry

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Order was setting in a warehouse for who knows how long. when I called after waiting a month! Found out I'll be waiting another two weeks for delivery Don't purchase unless you can leave the store with it I'll never shop there again

We ordered a dining room light fixture. Upon unpacking it we inventoried the parts to assure they were all there before the install. The install took a good deal of time as the style of fixture necessitated moving the ceiling wires and box. (We knew that up front and planned for it.) Purchased Porter Chairs 5 years ago for my home. Today the seats are completely falling through. The seats have lost all cushion. When you sit, you sink down and can feel the frame. I had ordered a matching sectional and it was in their warehouse for 3 weeks before I called them and asked if they planned on delivering it. They said they were ready to delivery and we scheduled a date. It took me being on hold for 45 minutes and transferred to 3 different representatives in order to schedule a delivery date! I ordered a console from West Elm Australia on 14 August online. I was charged for the item immediately and the item was delivered originally on 8 Sept 2016. I placed an order with West Elm worth $3,500 and there were two nightstands as part of the order where one of them arrived with a broken handle. Discovered West Elm in the UK! Yay! Order placed and received next day, woohoo!!! However.. intro voucher didn't work, shame on you for providing vouchers that don't work. Extremely pushy saleswoman. Ordered couch and now it doesn't fit! Customer service is HORRIBLE and will it work with me to adjust the order by exchanging pieces of the sectional with a smaller option so that it fits. I even offered to forfeit the difference in the price of the pieces (over $400) but they still didn't accommodate us. They do not get back to you after numerous requests. They are NOT a reputable company. So disappointed!!!! Read more

The delivery is beyond horrible. 2 months and 4 phone calls to customer service later and my sofa is still missing. Nevermind that the sofa was instock and I was billed at the time of my order.
