Your employee put my email in incorrectly when placing an order in the store. He said he would correct this immediately and it was not.
This caused us to miss an email that our payment wasnt going through on an order that we waited over 3 months for. Because we never received the email your company went ahead and cancelled this order. Now the item we are looking for is not available for over six months. We were told nothing could be done and that we just could place a new order at the full price and wait another 6 + plus months for this item.
We now will have to wait a total of 9 plus months for a simple coffee table because of a clerical mistake that was claimed to be fixed. No compensation or assistance was ever offered to remedy this error.
I am very disappointed and have now told friends and family to be wary of ever buying from this company. I understand the times we are in and already had to deal with waiting 3 months for a table because of this, but now have to wait 9 because of a dumb clerical error made by your employee
User's recommendation: Never ever buy through a store and order on your own where you can review all information.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
