I purchased a dining table in august online. I was promised that it would be delivered by September 11.

It is September 17, and still no dining table. I paid over $700 for it! This essentially adds up to fraud. They have no refunded me my money nor did the company every bother to send me status updates.

I have contacted customer service several times, and the last time, Davita, the woman I spoke to, said she was going to double check the "warehouse" to see if they can complete my item. It's missing the feet. She only offered this after speaking to her "supervisor" after I asked to purchase a more expensive version of this table at a reduced price, given the inconvenience this has caused me, and given the fact that they too my money and never gave me my item!She promised to call me within two days, and now the third day i'm still waiting.

wow. What a dishonest and fraudulent company.
