I'm amazed at the repeating theme I keep reading online. And how amazingly well the customer service team has the bull **it story down perfectly.
Hard to believe a company like William Sonoma and Pottery Barn would want their brands to be tarnished so badly. I will never purchase another item from any WS brand since it's nearing 4 months and I still don't have my sofa and chair from West Elm. I have encouraged every one I know to stay away from West Elm and will be launching the same online campaign. What a shame!
And they tout their domestic manufacturer as such a great thing.
Furniture arrives on the slow boat from china faster than West Elm can get it made in their NC plant.
