Not resolved

Ordered a table from West Elm in the store that was supposed to be available soon. Received an email a month later saying that it was backordered and could take a few more weeks...

That was 3.5 months ago! Called customer service today and they still have this item listed as 'backordered' according to their internal system, while their website says "In Stock - Ships 1-3 Weeks."


Same experience last time we ordered a sofa from them last year. We should have learned our less, but alas, here we are!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of west elm table. West Elm needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
