West Elm in Concord, California - Was sent Headbord that doesn’t work - received no follow up

We were delivered a headboard that doesn’t work with threads too big for the screws they come with out of the box. Several calls to customer service and store employees - no follow up, nothing has come in the mail and it’s been a month. Headboard just sitting in my hallway - piece of junk. Waste of time and energy. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing! All I wanted was a headboard that works.

On 11/20 a gift card for the 164.00 was received at my house.

As of Tuesday the 20th I got home and finally the gift card was in my mailbox. I am happy that it has been taken care of however it still should not have taken 11 weeks for a resolution.
