Not resolved

I ordered a few chairs and shortly (an hour?) after ordering asked if I can change for another color or not (all in-stock, no custom). I was told no problem - they would cancel and should just reorder.

I reordered. Then, I never got cancelled on the original chairs. I was told that the first person had no authority to cancel. And, that there was nothing that could be done.

OK, but its a West Elm employee. So, now I am getting 5 chairs when I wanted 3. I have spent hours on the phone and each time get a different answer and still no cancellation a week out.

This has, by far, been my worst shopping experience ever. Really, MISERABLE.
