We ordered an accent mirror on May 07, the expected delivery was May 15-20 which was fine. Then they kept pushing the store pickup date ahead, on May 20 (item wasn't even shipped by then) we realized that the price of the item had dropped from $280 to $160 which is a considerable drop so we contacted customer service if we could price match or at least return and place a new order.

The customer agent let us know they can't process return and that we should just wait for it to be delivered to the store (we verified by another agent as well to be sure). It was finally delivered on Jun 04. The mail clearly said if it isn't picked up in 7 days it would be returned and amount refunded. We waited more than 3 weeks for the refund but nothing.

So we reached out to the customer service and this time they say we can't help you please reach out to store.

The store guys say we can help you reach out to customer service. They simply won't process the wont proces the refundODO

User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
