Waited 1/2 hour to talk to individual who was THE person that could help.... as promised by the two previous cretins.
Then this colleague said --- 'call the store'. I told the person that the store told me 'to call customer service'. Maybe they all work from a different play book. Now the unit has a defective drawer.
Will we ever hear from them? My hopes are realistic. They may be the largest on-line player but we know large does not translate to efficient or effective. Perhaps they will find an executive able to correct the many problems.
Suspicion: They don't care...
because they are so large.
