I placed an order with West Elm worth $3,500 and there were two nightstands as part of the order where one of them arrived with a broken handle. I called customer service and they told me the drawer handle part is available but they can just ship me a new one and I should return the old and it will arrive in three days.
Item was returned and I did not hear back from West Elm. When I called back, they said the order was cancelled and my only option was to get a refund and if the second nightstand needs to be returned, it has to be via UPS.
I don't have the box or the packaging and customer service is very poor in that they don't much have anything in their control. I am never shopping at Pottery Barn or West Elm again.
