I returned an item within the appropriate time frame, and after several weeks I still have not received a refund. Customer service dances around the issue, stating that they need to check whether the return has been received. The shipping tracking number clearly shows that the return was received by the company.
This company is simply dishonest and tries to increase their cash flow by stealing from its customers.
Do not order from West Elm if there is a chance (which there always is) that you might want to return an item. I bet the lack of customer service extends to the sister companies too, so stay away from those as well if you don't want to get stolen from.
