I registered here for my wedding. I had a few items I needed to return.
I drove over 1 hour to the closest store and was told that the stores can process the returns but cannot give me the credit there. This was disappointing as I was planning to buy additional things at the time. The manager begins submitting the returns and I am told that there system is down and they cannot give me receipts. Ok, fine, but I requested to know the amounts in credit I would receive.
I was told them. A few weeks later I receive the gift cards, and they are for lower amounts then I was told.
I call the customer service number and am just spoken around in circles. They did absolutely nothing to assist me.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $40.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
