Ordered an expensive sectional that was a special order fabric. Told it would take 4-8 weeks.
Took 10 weeks and when it was delivered, the chaise part of the couch was a different color than the rest of the couch. Only the chaise was the correct color. Was told it would have to be special ordered again and would take another couple of months. It's now October and wouldn't be delivered until December.
Moved into a new home and now have no furniture for the living room.
We are extremely angry and upset with West Elm. They said there would be some compensation for the mistake and delay, but won't put it into an email for me.
