I was unhappy with the response to my email so I asked to be contacted by a manager. That was days ago.
It's almost impossible to resolve anything like this... I don't know if they keep a history of these communications but it seems like they don't. I actually like their stuff but the second they have your money it's impossible to get any service at all.
There is a constant churn between sales and no-sales and the manner of delivery is inconsistent between items in an order and there's no way to have an order all delivered at once. Nice furniture, terrible experience.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $2400.
Preferred solution: will to partial pay to not receive custom item..
