- Unable to update customer profile on their website
- Poor customer service attitude
- Irresponsible phone customer service and in-store staff. Continuously bounce customer (When there is problem they'll tell you to contact customer service via phone call, when you made a call the operator will told you to contact your store, it'll never end...)
- All furniture are require to purchase online even in-store that includes ridiculous shipping fee.
- Faulty item takes more than 2 weeks to get refund (i still haven't receive my refund after 2 weeks...)
- Takes more than a month for item delivery.
