order online during the 15% promotion (2 weeks ago), checked up on order and got status as closed. Nobody contacted me.

Called customer service and was told that verification needed with the card. Not informed of this and order was cancelled without letting me know. Then ordered again with the customer service rep and now unable to get the 15% discount and one of the 2 products was no longer in stock. Then got a discount but not matched the original discounted price.

Decided to go to store, they said they couldn't do 15% discount as promo ended only 10%. What a farce?

Store to contact customer service and let me know the outcome. My new home is ready but still waiting for bed 3 weeks after ordering.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
