Long story short.Ordered a bed, kept mysteriously being backordered.
It's now 2 months later and it's still backordered. Used gift cards to pay for the order. Decided to cancel the order, but never got the card credited back. And now I can't get in contact with anyone from West Elm.
Radio silence. THE WORST company ever. DO NOT buy anything from this company! They are liars and thieves.
They just keep telling me "sorry for the inconvenience". Bunch of bs. Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Everything on their site is backordered for months.
But they don't disclose that.Customer Service is completely useless.
