Received call in morning of delivery that they have not received table from Warehouse. Called West elm and they had no idea why the delivery was not completed .

Instead of resolving the issue they wanted me to call the local freight company to find the issue and reschedule the delivery.

Also beware no price adjustment I was lied by the store associate they do 15 day price adjustment, they absolutely refused to pay me back for big chunk of money in price adjustment. I plan on returning all the items and ban this store

Beware bc I’ve heard customers saying it’s impossible to get a refund from West Elm. They’re the worst!!
