Can not get a reply from west elm . I have been trying to contact them for the last two weeks.
5 emails, 2 phone calls and even tried contacting them through twitter. I need tracking info on my order and accurate delivery date. So far I have been told via online status aug 2, aug 16 and now aug 10. I was told items were in stock when I ordered them .
then staus said backordered delivery approx aug 2 then aug 16 now aug 10....I have tried contacting west elm so I can make arrangments to be home for delivery but cannot get any info tracking number ect. I am Very frustrated.
I have ordered a over 5 times in the last year this will be my final order. I am at the point where I would cancel my order if I could get ahold of someone.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
I didn't like: Delivery and customer service, Lack of accountabilty.
