I am at my wit's end with this sham of a company. Historically there have been HUGE mistakes and poor service on their part, but I will focus on their latest , horrible treatment of a loyal customer like me.

I ordered an outdoor dining table and benches On sale on month ago. They sent an email and text to confirm delivery, on a day that was not convenient, so had to just about pay someone to be there, plus fed ex keys. after all of this i get a call less than 24hrs before delivery saying the item ordered 4 weeks ago is suddenly out of Stock!!! are you kidding?

you had no problem charging my card- it;s like bait and switch. poor organization and ZERO customer service or compensation of any sort.

seriously thinking of taking them to small claims court. Buyer Beware!!!
