West Elm - HORRIBLE SERVICE, DELIVERY CANCELLED 5 TIMES
Do not purchase anything from this place. You will regret it. I do.
I purchased a sofa, and the delivery date has been cancelled five times -- and cancelled within or during the delivery window.
No one is helpful on the phone or in the store. You are left to fend for yourself. It is horrible. The store person just told me to call the delivery line again. They have no customer service and don't care if you ever receive your furniture.
I will never purchase anything from this horrible company again. Do not do it. Waste of time and money.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $2400.
