I ordered a sofa at west elm next to Columbus circle ny and they told be it will be ready between to 8-10 weeks.

After two weeks they called me saying that the sofa is ready. Well, I was very happy. The sofa arrived and than I found it was the wrong color. I tried to speak with their costumer service and finally I decided to go to the store. There I had to do all the explanations again. Long story short - today they sent me the wrong sofa... Again !!!

It's 4 weeks after my order and they are saying that now I have to wait all the 8-10 weeks. I tried to understand we're was the problem - the store saying that it's the distributed fault and the distributed saying it's the store fault .

I think it's west elm fault !!!!!!! And I will do all I can do to get what I'm deserve - including taking a lawyer .

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $1700.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

West Elm Cons: Service.
