Disappointing customer service. I bought a great floor model buffet only to have it damaged by the employee who loaded it in my car.

After sharing my story and pictures, the store suggested I buy touch up paint and move the drawer to the bottom to hide the damage. My only other option offered was the option to return it. In which case I would be out of the piece and would have to pay full price to replace it.

Why should I pay full price to replace it because the store damaged it? Shocked a retailer like West Elm would find this an acceptable resolution.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Replacement of the piece that was damaged. .
