I ordered a desk for back to school. Delivery was between August 1 and August 10.

Delivery has moved two times. Yesterday when I looked on line I could see that it was sitting in their local warehouse, yet I had not received a call to have it delivered. I called three times, spending at total of 2 1/2 hours trying to talk to someone about getting it delivered. They were unwilling to help me get it delivered or get it delivered sooner.

They are completely disinterested in helping the customer. Finally, I have been able to schedule delivery for next week. One month late. I just called the local store and I believe they have it in stock.

I would have gladly purchased from them in the first place but they didn't have it. They filled their store before they filled their customer's orders.

Bad business. This is my last purchase from them.
