I ordered a the hand looked shine rug on June 19th with an estimated delivery date between June 22 and June 26th. It is now the 29th and there is no sign of the rug.

I have spoken with a customer service rep twice and they have not been able to locate the rug and had to send an “alert” to their shipping department. Apparently a ups tracking number was created but there is no record of ups scanning it in. In other words it was NEVER shipped out. You would think that after contacting them they would just cancel the order and have a new one sent but NO, they tell me they are waiting to hear back from the shipping department first which they say will take several days.

Completely unexceptable. I have now called a fourth time and made them cancel the order- hopefully I receive the money back on my card soon.
