I ordered a couch in August and it is now late November. I was told it would be delivered in 6 weeks and we are now in our 12th week.
I have placed over 25 customer service calls and my average wait time has been 45 minutes for each call. I have even called the retail store for help. No one can tell me where the couch is, when it will be arriving etc. This is truly incredible and unacceptable.
I have never experienced a lack of customer service like this and frankly cannot believe the can conduct business this way. I will never, ever order anything from them and will warn my friends to stay away!
