We ordered a sectional couch for close to $2K on 12/7 with the delivery window of 12/18-1/1. We were told by the store associates that the couch was in stock in our regional delivery center and would be out for delivery on the early end of the window.

I was having surgery and we ordered the couch so that I would have a comfortable couch for recovery. The commitment to delivery was the number 1 factor for our purchase. After repeated calls and 30-45 minute hold times with customer service, we still have not been able to get an estimate on delivery. We requested a cancellation over a week ago and have not gotten our money back.

This is the worst customer service experience that I've ever had with a major retailer.

Do not do spend your money here on furniture.
