I ordered a Christmas present on November 2nd, said it would be delivered within 2 weeks, nope it’s backordered. Called the customer service to ask when it would get here, lady on the line was RUDE.

She was like “I can’t help you” in the most uppity voice ever. Okay fine, only way to find anything remotely out is by clicking your confirmation number on the original purchase email. Even than, they still will not email you back ordered updates or a shipping notification. Well, surprise surprise, my gift is backordered once again.

I’ll be surprised if it even makes it here before Christmas. If you don’t have something available to ship out don’t even out it on your website. Didn’t even say it was backordered on the website...

had I know I would’ve NEVER purchased it. First time purchasing from this company and it will sadly be my last.
