For such a high end store, their customer service is abysmal! No price adjustments even when we buy 1000s of $$ worth of furniture and it goes on sale within a week!
The customer service rep I spoke to was so rude and hung up the phone on my face!!
All this when consumers nowadays have so many choices with stellar customer service! Her recommendation was to return the item and purchase again (mind you I paid $80 in shipping fees which will not be refunded and was suggested to pay for shipping again!) Will never buy from West Elm again and will ensure to spread the word so that no one I know buys from them!
