Long story short,In home design service never followed up on anything they said they would do.In stock furniture is not is stock.Nonexistent supply chain management system.

White glove delivery service delivered broken media console. Unable to get anyone to return calls to fix media console.

Purchased new chair that was actually used and had blood stain on it.

Ordered bookcases that were supposed to be delivered on March 23rd as of April 15 still not able to get west elm/pottery barn delivery center to schedule delivery date and time...writing this while being on hold for 22 minutes.

Ordered bench using design dollars that were accepted and valid at time of purchase. Was contacted after purchase and notified none of design dollars were not able to be validated and would have to pay cash for order...Design dollars were not expired, just not valid.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with product design and stated that there is a room for improvement of lack of accountabilty and phone service and delivery. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "loss of personal time,and attorney fees" of west elm delivery service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $3000. West Elm needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
