This order was by far the worst order process we have ever experienced.
-- Our order was processed on Jan 5, 2022, and the original estimated delivery was May 17, which was delayed until June 23. We received one of the two couches we ordered, and the second couch incorrect (a sleeper) and different color, etc.
The second couch was finally delivered on Aug 4, 2022 but was damaged on delivery, and was returned to fix.
We finally received our second couch undamaged today (Aug 14). The delivery was 45 days late, primary because of the damage on the first delivery, but the agent we spoke with had no compassion for our situation, and offered NO remedies to resolve our issue.
The MAIN nightmare is the second couch we originally kept as a substitute on May 17th had large screws that were not removed and resulted in extensive damage to our hardwood floors, as the screws were 2 inches in diameter on the foot settings with sharp edges.
We have 2k in damage to our flooring, and couches were 45 days LATE. Your company provided us with no remedies for our losses, and property damage incurred as a result of the couch delivery.
We expect a reply in a timely manner from your company and want a FULL reimbursement of our purchase and your company to pay for our property damage.
We have documentation of all property damage incurred, and the wrong couch that caused the damage. We will place our attorney on retainer if a timely response and solution is provided.
Monetary Loss: $3000.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
