I ordered 4 curtains from West Elm, online. I had never shopped with them before.
I take accountability for not reading the small print but would have never thought a subsidiary of Williams Sonoma would not allow a non-special order to be returned. I received the curtains 3 weeks after ordering and the pattern didn't work with my decor.
I just called and found out that because this was a final sale that I could not return.
Very disappointing experience for a first time shopper and I will not shop with them again.
Reason of review: Would not allow the return of a final sale.
