I have been trying to return our Peggy Sofa through West Elm's voluntary refund program and it has been frustrating to say the least. Our couch is completely destroyed and they are refusing to refund our purchase despite showing a West Elm credit card purchase of the item.

We have been to the physical store in our state multiple times and they cannot find proof of our purchase despite us providing the exact date that we purchased it. So frustrating considering we have spent thousands of dollars at West Elm over the years.

If anyone has the SKU for the Peggy Sofa in cayenne I would greatly appreciate it! We will not longer be purchasing from this company.
