I have been on hold for nearly an hour & still have had zero help from customer service. I purchased a dining table, with ‘white glove’ delivery service - and they pushed my time two hours behind with only a 30 minute notice.

I had already requested to leave work early in order to be at home for the delivery- and it is now an hour past that delivery promise- with no call from west elm. This is ridiculous. For their prices, it’s unacceptable.

Before customer service transferred my call, they said “unfortunately we can’t help you with the delivery concern because we are based out of the west coast”. So let me get this straight, you will take money from me on the East Coast- but then wipe your hands clean when your customer service screws up.
