Ordered the Alexa series 7-drawer dresser and the bed set. I ordered in mid-November of 2014. Didn't receive my order until late January.
The confirmation email I received after I ordered (and plunked down $3300) stated that the pieces were to arrived between December 29th and January 12th. January 15th rolls around, and nothing.
I had to call several people to find out where my furniture was. Two customer service reps "RJ Williams" and "Lindsay" told me that they'd call me back to let me know what was going on, and they never did. I ended up talking to a supervisor, Rashida, in Palmdale, FL, and she said she'd call me back. She never has, and I left 3 messages with her.
The wait on the phones is often more than 20 minutes each time BEFORE you get to even talk to a customer rep.
THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE OVERPRICED *** THEY SELL. Seriously.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
