I ordered a sofa from West Elm, which was reduced by 200. the next day.

They refused to credit the difference. When the sofa arrived, the legs were bent and the sofa was unstable as a result. Also, the quality was subpar, but there is no way of really evaluating with an online order. Over a month of emails to customer service, who promised new legs or a reimbursement for legs- 9 emails in all- and to date, there is no resolution.

Three different customer service reps who do not respond back. I have a sofa I am using with books under it to stabilize it.

I have a poorly made overpriced sofa with defective legs. Beware of online furniture ordering and West Elm!

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

West Elm Cons: Delivery and product quality, Odering online.
