After seven weeks of waiting for a furniture delivery promised in two weeks (on an in-stock sofa) and numerous calls, I finally received the item. The quality was fine.
Attempts to contact customer service resulted in 20-30 minute hold times and rude representatives. Never again. The final straw was attempting to speak to someone about refunding an expensive shipping rate, due to the very late delivery. The hold time was 36 minutes.
in reading other reviews on various reputable sites, my problems were far from unusual.
there are plenty of other places to buy furnishings at this price point that have excellent customer service. not only will I never shop here again, i will actively discourage others from doing so.
