West elm sent defective pillow cushions and after two months we haven't received them. We contacted west elm in November 2014 and complied with pictures of the cushions.

The customer service representative told us we should receive our cushions in 6 weeks. 6 weeks later no cushions! We called them back and the lady on the phone said the cushions were never ordered and that she will order them. She gave us a "tracking number" - the number was either fake or made up because I tried searching for our package and the number was invalid.

The lady also told us we would receive our cushions on January 13th. Not only did we not receive our cushions on January 13th we didn't receive them at ALL. We called them back today January 19th and the customer service rep said she will send us a whole new sofa. I'll believe it when I see it!

I requested her to email me an invoice and a tracking number through my email.

This place is unacceptable and for the amount of money they charge on their products and for the amount of money spent we should not have to go through this hassle! I will never recommend West elm to anyone unless they want to be duped.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
