3 emails, 4 calls now the day before delivery and no certificate of insurance (building requirement). It seems incredible but this company seems to have no experience dealing with nyc buildings and deliveries ..

nor do they seem to care. I have scheduled time off work to receive a large amount of furniture but unless this COI is sent for approval to my building in the next 2 hours the delivery will be turned away. I have also had my old furniture removed so am living with an empty space .. am now onhold for the 5th time ..

now considering cancelling entire order .. frustrating

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $3000.
