This has been one of the most annoying experiences in my life.
I have the bad idea of ordering a "customized sofa" in March.
They told me the item was going to be delivered on June 8-June 18th 2018.
Today, June 27th, I have not news about where my sofa is and anybody can give me any information. Of course, they already have charged my CC ($3500).
I have talked to several people and nobody knows when the sofa will be delivered. I have family coming and I don't have a living room.
Do yourself a favor and run far, far away from this store!!!!.
I guess they did not receive the memo that Customer service is a big pillar for any successful business.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $3500.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Delivery and product quality, Delivery time frame, Phone service and delivery, Response times.
