The Ainslie sofa I ordered online, advertised as "quick ship 1-3 week" is still not here 4 weeks later, and now they're telling me it's going to be another 4-6 weeks. It is *still* showing as "quick ship" on their website. The only reason I selected this particular sofa in this particular fabric/color was that it was promised to be delivered in 1-3 weeks-- if not for this, I would have ordered something else.

I've contacted customer service and received conflicting information from "Emily/Shannon/Britney/Cindy" each time with only a cursory "we apologize for the delay."

I should have listened to the reviews. I will NEVER buy anything from West Elm again.

I had this same thing happen. I complained for days to different people and eventually they agreed to give me 15% off.

Never again. Sofa STILL hasn't arrived.
