Horrible customer service. I called West Elm about a complaint on a jute rug that I had purchased.
It fell apart on one of the corners and they asked me to submit pictures so they can determine if I could get a replacement. It took them a month to get back to me just to tell me that they couldn't do anything about it and I had to buy a new rug!!!! And that was with me following up! Completely appalled by the way they treat their customers.
Horrible. Why would I spend another $200 for the rug to fall apart again???
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
