Someone needs to be fired at West Elm. The CEO!
They wasted SO MUCH of my time. They sell things they don't have in stock, never tell you until after its ordered and then their customer service reps (if you can even get one-- wait an hour on the phone each time) sound like they are teenagers! Then after you wait months for your order that never comes, good luck getting a refund!!!! Get ready to make 10 phone calls to get your refund.
I had a split orde tof matching items. WHen the sofa never arrived after three months, I gave up and tried to send back other matching furniture (still in box) and they charged me shipping, adding insult to injury.
Worst customer service ever-- just look at Yelp. Nightmare stories
