The first West Elmn triple Cityscape planter arrived with pock marks all over the exterior finish and a cracked interior. The replacement looked fine, but after two weeks of being filled with plants and soil, the liner has cracked and the plants have now sunken into the container.
This is a $299 product, by the way. Customer service's solution was to send yet another full replacement, rather than only the replacement liner. This means I have to unpack and repack a very heavy item. After watering my plants, a dark spot emerged on a second tall circular Cityscape planter.
It won't disappear - no matter if the planter is dry or wet, and despite efforts to clean.
Why oh why did I decide to use this product line on my front porch! The price is very high for the poor quality of the products.
