West Elm might be the only store I hate more than CB2. For starters, NOTHING is in stock.
Nothing. You have to pay shipping per item (our shipping costs were close to $1000). They will try and hold your items until all of them are ready (even though you've paid for shipping for each item individually). I received my couch which was defective.
Nobody ever called me with any updates, and once I finally got in touch with someone, they tried to re-schedule the deliver for a week out because they were all "booked up"!
Nevermind it was their fault in the first place. It's a good thing I've spent $6,000 on furniture and won't need any for awhile because I will NEVER shop at West Elm again.
