Do not purchase this couch!!! I have only had my Crosby Sectional for two years and the zipper on the cushions has already broken.

No one,and I mean NO one, from customer service had been helpful. One store employee had attempted to help me resolve the issue but no one above her has been of any assistance. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from this company or its affiliates.

Terrible service and even poorer equality. It's tragic that IKEAs warranties their merchandise and West Elm does not.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

I have tried this method in the past and I was told the replacement would cost $300.
