I was trying to change the shipping address, so I emailed them, called back the next day and confirmed, only to find out it was still sent incorrectly. I called again and spoke with 2 different reps, being on hold for over an hour waiting for them to complete my request.
They’ll come back ask a simple question like my zip code, then put me back on hold for another 10 minutes. Then they come back on the phone to verify the shipping address, back on hold, etc. I finally got fed up, cancelled my order and asked to talk to a manager.
Of course no one is available so we’ll see if they call me back. They should NOT be in a retail business if they cannot provide better customer service.
