One of the worst companies i've ever dealt with.They are unbelievably incompetent.

The first table I ordered was defective, so I asked for a replacement. They tried to replace the table THREE TIMES and each time they brought the wrong table. I mean its borderline criminal how incompetent their customer service is. This is the first review i've ever written online and I felt compelled make sure others beware of this company.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of west elm table and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1000. West Elm needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
