Purchased bedroom dresser and delivery was scheduled only to be delivered earlier...great you say, NO, merchandise was damaged they say. Still waiting for arrival of new dresser.
In the interm, i have had to write a letter to their credit card company disputing the bill as why should I pay for merchandise that has yet to be delivered.
Considering canceling this order completely!!!
Customer service SUCKS!!!!! On hold for longer than I should wait...finally hang up, then get someone they trasfer you and never mind the wait time, AGAIN.
