So far it has been 7 weeks and still no coffee table. This company is clearly pulling the bait and switch on delivery times and misleading customers.

The website will give you a short lead time of less than a week luring you in to buy the product (i.e. Furniture) The product will then conveniently go on back order and the waiting game begins. They are purposely fooling customers to collect a big enough order to send to their vendors to keep pricing down. It's very apparent what they are doing.

This is not The Pottery Barn of modern furniture as West Elm as clearly missed the boat on customer satisfaction. They simply do NOT have the distribution channels and inventory levels to meet the demands of their customer base. This will further cheapen the brand over time as more and more customers grow frustrated with poor experiences.

If you are a shopper looking to save money and don't mind waiting weeks or even months for your product, this is the place for you. Sometimes it's worth spending a little more to actually "get" what you pay for.
